Meeting Registration

Meeting Registration Opens June 16th ! To register for the meeting please click here.

All participants must be registered, and badges must be worn to gain entrance into all sessions and events. Note that there is a significant savings by registering prior to October 20th, 2008. We strongly urge you to pre-register to obtain this discount and avoid long registration lines.

Students should be prepared to provide student ID at the time of registration to be granted student registration prices. Fees do not include meals or lodging. Members, Non-Members, Graduate Students and Retired Registrants: the registration fee includes all sessions, coffee breaks, one set of conference materials and one ticket to Sunday’s Reception at The Historic Sunset Station.

Complimentary membership is included in the fee for these registrants:

  • APS Members who are not current members of DFD; a one-year DFD membership.
  • APS Non-Members and Graduate Student Non-Members; one year APS/DFD membership.

Cancellation Policy

The registration fee, minus a $50 processing fee, is refundable if written notice is received prior to November 10th, 2008. After this date, it is not refundable. The meeting hosts are not responsible for any charges or cancellation fees assessed by airlines. Refunds will be issued 4-6 weeks after the meeting.
